Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas Inc. created the Employer of the Year Award to officially recognize a community company that helps promote our Mission to help improve the quality of life for people with disabilities or disadvantages. Sodexo is a company that encourages similar values and diversity. They provide food and cleaning services within our local communities.
During 2020 SODEXO offered various positions to our consumers. They allowed job coaches to work alongside these individuals to assist them in learning job tasks and understanding employment expectations. They employ people with diverse backgrounds and create environments for success.
Sodexo is being proactive by focusing on the health and safety of their employees during this year’s challenging times. They strive to make life better for the people they serve.
