Pocza, Sr. is the founder and CEO of Royal Case. He has been involved in the industry since he was fifteen years old. In 1982, Mr. Pocza incorporated Royal Case Company in Sherman, Texas. The company is operated in Grayson County area by Mr. Pocza’s son Zoltan Pocza, Jr. and Mike Ross, his son-in-law.
